Now that kids are back to school, families are getting back into routines. We're thinking about school lunches, afterschool snacks, sports, activity, sleep, and we're hearing a lot about protein, fiber, ultra-processed foods, childhood obesity, and healthy eating. At the same time, our kids are surrounded by messages about body size and appearance, and sometimes even well-intentional comments about weight, food, or someone's changing body can have consequences we never intended.
On this week’s episode, we have pediatrician Dr. Chris Bolling on the podcast, one of our all-time favorite guests. We discuss food trends, dieting, body image, how to talk about weight within your own family, and so much more. Listen up here on YouTube, or wherever you get podcasts.
